Regular Member
Voting members in good standing of the Alliance of this By-Law and their length of practice in the industry are more than three years and 1 month (3.1)
Eligibility
- The agency should be operating its International Education Consultancy service for 3.1 years and above.
- The member or the representative should be a Filipino, an individual who is at least 20 years of age with a power under the law to contract and must be the one of the directors or owners of the business or an officer of the company whose responsibilities entails education consulting and advising in pursuant to this By-Law.
- Should not be an undischarged bankrupt.
- Should not have a prior or pending Criminal Charge or Conviction of Concern or a Judgement of Concern.
- Submit a membership application to the membership coordinator in such form and manner as the Board or its delegate may determine.
- Should provide the following supporting documents to the membership committee:
- proof business in the Philippines: SEC/DTI, Mayor’s Permit and BIR registration
- if employed, proof of employment, and secretary’s certificate appointing him/her as the representative to IECAP.
- copy of a valid photo identification issued by the government of the Philippines or by a province or city that issued.
- Should pay the applicable membership fees.
All memberships, including honorary memberships, are subject to approval by the International Education Consultants Alliance of the Philippines (IECAP).

- Your agency will be part of Events and Student Expos organized by IECAP.

Associate Members
Non-voting members who are Authorized Representatives who are hired to be the official Consultant of the Member and does not have a physical office in the Philippines.
Eligibility
1. Migration agents (RCIC, MARA and NZIA) who are hired to be the official consultant of an IECAP member.
2. Does not have a physical office in the Philippines.
3. Should not be an undischarged bankrupt.
4. Should not have a prior or pending Criminal Charge or Conviction of Concern or a Judgement of Concern.
5. Submit a membership application to the membership coordinator in such form and manner as the Board or its delegate may determine.
6. Should provide the following supporting documents to the membership committee:
– Proof of license/ registration as a RCIC, MARA or NZIA.
– Proof business registration
– Other identification documents
7. Should pay the applicable membership fees.
Benefits
1. Your agency logo will appear on the website of IECAP as one of its members.
2. Your agency can use IECAP logo in their website and other marketing materials.
3. Your agency will be part of Events and Student Expos organized by IECAP.
4. Your agency will be a member in one of IECAP committees.

6. Your agency will have priority service partnerships between IECAP members
Probationary Members
Voting members in good standing of the Alliance of this By-Law whose membership are based on the length of practice the Member is into the industry. In this case, Members on this class are zero (0) to three (3) years in the industry.

Honorary Members
Non-voting members who are education partners of the Member or a Designated Learning Institution who have been approved by the Board.
Eligibility
- Established a good reputation in the industry.
- With current business permits and license.
- No issues on refunds and payment of commissions with any agents.
- No pending case in any court.
- Should pay the applicable membership fees.
- Should be an IECAP Education partners of the Member or a Designated Learning Institution who have been approved by the Board.
Benefits
- Your institution will be promoted by all the members of IECAP for one (1) year
- Your institution can visit IECAP member offices and conduct exclusive trainings.
- Your institution will be advertised in the website and Facebook page of IECAP.
- Your institution will enjoy a discounted rate at all IECAP Events and Student Expos.
- Your institution can participate in the zoom or office orientation once a month- FREE OF CHARGE.
- Guaranteed 5-20 student enrolments/year.
*For IECAP’s first year, we will only accept 35 honorary members comprised of institutions in Australia, Canada, USA and New Zealand.
